My work rests upon the shoulders of my subconscious and the natural world around me. I am currently exploring the natural and fantastical landscape through the physical body of womanhood.
I harness states of being, which often follow my shifting moods. Sometimes, I will create an oeuvre of work in a burst of energy that comes out of nowhere. My focus becomes all encompassing until the ephemeral dreams are manifest in front of me. It is only when I look back, that everything arranges itself into some kind of sense. I am a feeling person, and what meanings have my emotions - only a passing, colorful storm - unless substantiated into something beautiful?
